About your coach

I am Jack Ward, a certified ADHD coach trained by ADHD Works.

Following a 15-year career in commercial real estate, I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 34. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with being neurodivergent.

My coaching is grounded in the ADHD Works Executive Functioning Coaching Framework™. By combining this approach with my corporate background, I help clients develop practical strategies to achieve measurable results, reduce stress, and avoid burnout.

Together, we work to unlock your potential and create sustainable success, both personally and professionally.

Our Services

  • What 1:1 ADHD Coaching Delivers

ADHD coaching is all about helping you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Whether or not you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, coaching can give you practical tools and strategies to create real change in your day-to-day life.

    Through our sessions, you’ll:

    • Build self-awareness – understand how your brain works and what helps (or hinders) you.

    • Create personalised strategies – develop approaches that actually fit you, not a one-size-fits-all system.

    • Strengthen executive functioning skills – like time management, organisation, planning, and follow-through.

    • Work towards meaningful goals – break them down into realistic steps and celebrate measurable progress.

    • Boost confidence – learn how to work with your brain, instead of against it.

Coaching isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about uncovering the tools, structures, and mindset shifts that help you thrive at work or at home.

  • ADHD doesn’t just affect individuals. it impacts teams, workplaces, and the way we collaborate. Through tailored workshops and speaking engagements, I help organisations build awareness, foster inclusivity, and create practical systems that support neurodiverse employees to thrive in the office and at home.

    What I offer:

    • Interactive Workshops – engaging sessions on ADHD and executive functioning, packed with tools your team can use right away.

    • Speaking Engagements – thought-provoking talks that break down myths, spark conversation, and highlight the strengths of ADHD brains.

    • Custom Programmes – tailored content to address your organisation’s specific needs, from productivity and communication to leadership and culture.

    Key takeaways for your organisation:

    • Greater understanding of ADHD and executive function challenges.

    • Practical strategies to support neurodiverse employees and teams.

    • Improved collaboration, productivity, and workplace wellbeing.

    • A culture that values diversity of thought and empowers people to do their best work.
